It was the shape of the products: Gemini Spark as a 24/7 personal agent, Gemini 3.5 Flash built for fast action, Antigravity 2.0 for managing cohorts of agents, and Search agents that can work in the background.
That is the shift executives should watch. The question is no longer "which chatbot wins?" It is "which workflows become continuously monitored, delegated, and instrumented?"
The companies that benefit first will be the ones that treat agents as operating capacity, not novelty.
