Private coaching and team training

AI learning built around you and the work in front of you.

Start with private 1:1 coaching, a focused briefing, a practical workshop, a full working day, or ongoing support. The format follows what you need to do differently.

Bring the work into the room

The curriculum starts with what your team already does.

Emails, reports, meeting preparation, research, customer education, planning, and content can all become workshop material when they are appropriately sanitized and approved.

Built to fit the need

Private coaching and team learning

Turn a real task, workflow, or business need into a private learning experience for one person or a team, from a single session to a multiweek program.

Private session to multiweek program Live online or onsite Scope, group size, and pace are agreed before booking

What you leave with

  • A clear map of practical AI opportunities
  • Guided practice using relevant team tasks
  • Reusable prompts, context patterns, or job aids
  • Plain-English verification and privacy habits
  • A practical next-step or adoption plan
  • Follow-up support when the work needs it
Before the day

Karen learns what you do, where confidence is low, and what a useful result would look like. Representative tasks are sanitized and approved before they become learning material.

Three ways to start

Begin with useful work, not a generic lesson.

Each option is shaped around a real task, approved tools, and the level of support you need. Scope and cadence are agreed before booking.

Past client testimonial

“Karen has supported me with Microsoft-related work, and she has been brilliant.”

One possible full-day format

A working day can move from possibility to practice.

The exact examples change with the team. The learning sequence stays deliberately simple so beginners can contribute from the start.

  1. Shared ground

What generative AI can and cannot do, where human judgment belongs, and what must stay private.

  2. Choose the work

Score recurring tasks by value, risk, repetition, and readiness. Select the strongest candidates.

  3. Prompt with context

Turn a vague request into a clear brief with source material, constraints, examples, and a useful output format.

  4. Build together

Create workflows for the selected tasks and compare outputs across realistic scenarios.

  5. Stress-test the result

Check facts, bias, tone, permissions, and failure modes. Define required human review.

  6. Keep what works

Document the workflows, assign owners, and agree on a focused 30-day adoption plan.

Guided practice

Support stays close while the team builds.

Karen works alongside participants as they test context, compare results, and turn a useful attempt into a workflow someone else can repeat.

Designed for adoption

This is not prompt theater.

It is

  • Private and specific to your team's work
  • Welcoming to beginners and skeptics
  • Grounded in verification and human review
  • Measured by useful work after the session

It is not

  • A generic tour of every new AI tool
  • A technical machine-learning course
  • A promise to automate every role
  • A substitute for legal or security advice

Practical questions

Before you bring your work or team.

Does the team need AI experience?

No. Private and team sessions welcome beginners. Experienced users can bring harder workflows while learning the same repeatable method.

Which tools do you teach?

The principles are tool-independent. Exercises can use the approved tools your team already has, including Microsoft Copilot, ChatGPT, or GitHub Copilot Chat where appropriate.

Can the workshop be delivered onsite?

Yes, in the United States or United Kingdom. Reasonable travel and accommodation are quoted separately and agreed before booking.

How do you handle confidential information?

Discovery and exercises use sanitized material unless your organization has explicitly approved another approach. Your own policies and tool settings remain controlling.
